This is your chance to ask questions, talk through which package might suit your family best, and get a feel for Andrew’s approach. There is no pressure and no obligation — it is simply the best way to start.
All packages run on a minimum six-month agreement. This is important — not because we want to lock you in, but because homeopathy genuinely needs time to work properly. Six months gives the treatment space to make a meaningful difference, and it gives Andrew enough time to understand each member of your family well.
Payment is made monthly. You can discuss payment arrangements when you sign up.
Once you are signed up, you will have priority access to Andrew’s diary. You can book your allocated appointments for the month — for yourself, your partner, your children, or any combination of family members. New appointments are full consultations; follow-ups are shorter check-ins to review progress and adjust remedies.
One of the biggest advantages of being on a family package is that you do not have to book a full appointment every time something comes up unexpectedly. If a child develops a fever on a Friday evening, or someone in the family wakes up with an acute episode, you can contact Andrew directly — within your package’s contact hours — and get advice quickly. Gold package holders have access around the clock, seven days a week.
Acute advice is for unexpected, short-term health episodes, not for replacing your monthly appointments.
Andrew will prescribe whatever homeopathic remedies are appropriate after each consultation. For Bronze package holders, remedies are sent at a postage cost of £15 per package. Silver and Gold package holders receive remedies with no additional charge. Remedies are posted directly to your home.
After your first six months, you can review how things are going and decide whether to continue, change package level, or move to individual appointments. Andrew will discuss your family’s progress with you and help you decide what makes the most sense going forward.

An acute health episode is something that comes on suddenly and needs fairly prompt attention — a high fever, an ear infection that flares up overnight, a chest cold that develops quickly, a child who is vomiting, a sudden bout of anxiety before an important day. These are the situations where you want quick, reliable guidance from someone who already knows your family’s health history.
All three packages include access to acute consultation advice from Andrew Ward within your package’s contact hours. For Bronze, that means Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm. For Silver, it includes evenings and weekends too. For Gold, it is around the clock.
If you or a family member is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 999 or go to your nearest A&E. Acute homeopathic advice is for non-emergency acute episodes that are distressing but not life-threatening. Andrew will always advise you to seek emergency or GP care if a situation warrants it.

A Priority Family Treatment Package is a monthly subscription giving your whole family ongoing access to Andrew Ward for homeopathic consultations, acute advice, and remedy prescriptions. Rather than booking appointments one at a time, you sign up for a monthly package — Bronze, Silver or Gold — that includes a set number of appointments, priority access, and acute guidance when things come up unexpectedly. All packages run on a minimum six-month agreement.
The package covers your household — that typically means yourself, your partner, and your children. You do not need to use every appointment for the same person each month. One month you might use both appointments for your children; the next month you might use one for yourself and one for your partner. The flexibility is part of what makes the packages work for real family life.
Bronze (£190/month) includes one new appointment and one follow-up per month, with acute advice during daytime hours and a £15 remedy dispatch charge. Silver (£250/month) increases to two new appointments or a mix of new and follow-up appointments, includes remedy dispatch at no extra cost, and extends advice availability to evenings and weekends. Gold (£500/month) gives your family unlimited appointments, free remedies, free acute consultations, and round-the-clock access to Andrew Ward, seven days a week.
Homeopathy works best given time. In the first month or two, Andrew is getting to know your family — building a detailed picture of each person’s health history, constitution, and patterns. By months three and four, the treatment begins to deepen. The six-month minimum is not about locking you in — it is about giving the treatment the runway it needs to make a genuine, lasting difference.
Acute advice covers unexpected, short-term health episodes — a sudden fever, an ear infection, a bad cold, an acute bout of anxiety, or similar. You can contact Andrew directly within your package’s contact hours and receive guidance on which homeopathic remedy to give and how. Bronze holders can reach Andrew during daytime hours on weekdays. Silver holders have evening and weekend access too. Gold holders have access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Acute advice is not a replacement for emergency medical services.
For Bronze packages, remedies are dispatched at a postage cost of £15 per package sent. For Silver and Gold packages, remedy dispatch is included in the monthly fee at no additional cost. The remedies themselves are prescribed by Andrew as part of your consultation and sent directly to your home.
Yes. After your initial six-month period, you can review your package and move up or down a tier, or transition to individual appointment bookings if that suits you better at that point. Andrew will discuss your family’s progress with you towards the end of your first six months and help you decide what makes the most sense going forward.
Once you are signed up, you will have priority access to Andrew’s diary. You can book your monthly appointments by phone, WhatsApp, or through our online booking system. Your appointments can be split between family members in any way that suits your household.
It is possible, but you would need to check with your insurer. Some private health insurance policies — including plans with Vitality Health, WPA and Simply Health — cover individual homeopathy consultations, and we can provide invoices and medical referral letters to support claims. However, insurance reimbursement for a monthly package subscription works differently from single appointment cover. We recommend checking your policy details directly with your insurer before assuming the package is reimbursable.
Yes. Gold package holders have Andrew’s direct contact details and can reach him at any hour for acute advice and guidance. This level of access is particularly valuable for families managing complex health situations or households with young children, where urgent questions can arise at any time of day or night. Of course, for genuine medical emergencies, you should always call 999 or go to A&E.
