Please provide at least 3 working days’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled less than 3 working days in advance will incur a 50% charge, and those cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
A small £5 processing fee will also apply for any appointment cancelled on time, to cover bank fees and administrative costs.
Yes, London Homeopathy allows rescheduling of appointments within the notice period. Rescheduled appointments are accommodated whenever possible.
